Migratory Tiger Logistics provides the following shipping, transport, and storage services:

• International air and sea shipping to over 190 countries
• Domestic transport between Saudi Arabian cities
• Refrigerated transport for food and pharmaceutical products
• Furniture and belongings storage in secure, insured warehouses

Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours from issue date unless otherwise stated. The company is not responsible for changes in customs duties or government taxes.

• Providing accurate and correct cargo information
• Declaring prohibited or hazardous goods
• Obtaining necessary permits for regulated goods
• Appropriate packaging of goods before handover to the company

The company liability for damages or loss is limited according to international shipping standards (Warsaw and Montreal Conventions for air freight, CMR Convention for road transport). The company is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from force majeure (natural disasters, acts of war)
• Delays due to customs or government authority procedures
• Damages resulting from improper packaging by the customer

We provide optional cargo insurance. Insurance is recommended for high-value goods. Default insurance is limited according to international shipping regulations.

In case of any dispute, amicable resolution is preferred first. If unsuccessful, the dispute is referred to the courts of Riyadh city under Saudi arbitration law and applicable Saudi legislation.

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the website before they take effect.
