This policy explains how Tiger Cargo Express Logistics Services collects, uses and protects your personal data, who we share it with and why, and what rights you hold over it. It applies to our website tigercargoexpress.com and to your contact with us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Before you readWe are an international shipping company, which means part of your data is necessarily shared with customs authorities, carriers and agents in your destination country — otherwise your cargo would never arrive. We have given that two full sections below, because hiding it would be worse than stating it.

The data we collect
We do not collect what we do not need. And what we do collect comes from three sources and no others:

2 · What is required to execute your shipment after booking
- Your ID, residency permit or passport details — depending on your destination
- The consignee’s details: name, number and address in the arrival country
- An inventory of your shipment’s contents and its value
- Your vehicle’s documents if you are shipping one
- Whatever additional documents your destination’s customs require
3 · What is collected automatically as you browse

And our calculators do not send your inputs to usThe volumetric weight, container capacity, transit time, duty and storage calculators run inside your own browser. So what you type into them is never sent to our servers and never stored with us — and you can use all of them without us learning anything about you.

Who we share your data with — and this is the most important section
We do not sell your data, do not rent it and do not trade in it. But international shipping is not performed by one party, and these are the parties your data may reach and why:

And the rule we hold toWe send no party more than it needs to perform its role. The sea carrier does not need your ID number, and our agent at destination does not need what you paid us. We share the minimum with each party rather than the whole file — an operational principle rather than a phrase in a policy.
Transferring your data outside the Kingdom
If your shipment is international, your data will leave the Kingdom — and this is unavoidable. Destination customs, our agent there and the international carrier are all outside Saudi Arabia, and your cargo cannot be delivered without sufficient data reaching them.

And we limit it as far as we canWe keep inside the Kingdom everything the external party does not need — your financial data with us, your correspondence record, and your quote details. And when we engage an external agent we bind them contractually to protect what reaches them and not to use it for any other purpose. But we cannot control what a government body does under its own law — and we say so plainly.
How long do we keep your data?

And after the period endsWe delete what is no longer needed or render it non-attributable to you. What the law requires us to keep, we keep for the period it sets and no longer. And you may request deletion sooner — we carry it out so far as it does not conflict with a legal obligation on us, and tell you what we cannot delete and why.
Your rights over your data
The Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia grants you rights over your data — these are they, and how you exercise them with us in practice:

And we do not promise what nobody can deliverNo system on earth is entirely impregnable, and anyone promising you ‘absolute security’ is overstating. What we commit to: collecting the least we can, limiting access to it, and telling you if a breach affecting your data occurs and notifying the competent authority as the law requires.
Miscellaneous matters
Children’s data
Our services are directed at adults and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we learn that we have collected a minor’s data without their guardian’s permission, we delete it. And if you are a guardian and believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
External links
Our site contains links to external parties — such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. These parties have their own policies and we do not control them. When you tap a WhatsApp link, for instance, you move to an application governed by its company’s policy rather than ours.
Messaging us on WhatsApp
When you message us on WhatsApp, your message passes through the WhatsApp platform first and then reaches us. We keep the content of the exchange with us for reference to what was agreed, but what the platform itself does with your data is governed by its policy rather than ours. And if you prefer to write to us by official email, that is always available.
Amending this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the applicable laws change. We place the last-updated date at the top of the page, and if a change is material and affects your rights we inform our existing clients directly.
